For those with access to Manhattan, the location of our in-person office is between 1st and 2nd Avenues. 314 East 79th Street New York, NY 10075 We all have virtual offices using a HIPPA-approved platform called Simple Practice, and are able to work with you if you’re living anywhere in New York state.

Individual therapy is $200 – $400, depending on the clinician, service type, and service length. We provide a sliding scale for those in need.

We accept payments via cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle. We also accept credit cards and FSA and HAS cards, but we will add a 5% service charge to your bill.

We are in-network with Aetna insurance.

Yes, we are considered out-of-network providers. Check with your out-of-network benefits. People are often surprised at how much their insurance will reimburse for our services. We require upfront payment from you but will provide you with a superbill that you can submit for reimbursement from your insurance provider.

We require at least 24-hour notice; otherwise, we will charge you the total billable amount unless you can arrange a makeup time for the same week with your therapist.
